United Kingdom | |
15 August 2008
Revellers at Reading Festival have been asked to don fancy dress to look like the Aussie axeman and have
their photo taken in front of one of two billboards, which will be erected at the event.
Entrants then have to
upload the image to http://www.acdcrocks.com/uk where the best Angus
look-a-like will be selected to win the competition.
The winner will receive a two-person trip to the US to watch
the band perform and exclusive dress rehearsal.
AC/DC
are set to tour for the first time in eight years this October.

Hopefully they'll have a similar contest in Canada's East Coast so that Don Coleman can win. He's Canada's Premiere AC/DC
Vocalist who does both Bon and Brian. His song "Women, Whiskey & Rock'n'Roll" which celebrates the life and spirit of Bon
Scott has aired in 16 countries so far with more Rock stations coming on board daily. Even AC/DC acknowledged the song by
having the homage video on their website - acdc.com/fromtheband. It is also on YouTube and the dedicated website - myspace.com/doncoleman
